Since time, man, and society have evolved, money always been a significant facet of our lives, just like our personalities differ so do our behavior, our attitude, body language, and social conduct varies according to the amount of money we hold in our bank accounts.

The man’s pursuit of money is ancient, we all know about the barter exchange system in the earliest civilization, man was considered more powerful if possessed a large number of live stocks, land, and valuable goods. Accumulation of wealth is always necessary for men, even marriage customs in ancient Greece required a man to be financially able to marry, as they had to pay a dowry to marry a woman.

Even in the contemporary world financial means are always significant in deciding who can marry whom, man is often required to prove their financial stability and ability to support a family before they can marry. Money can also be one of the fundamental reason for stress in marriages, it is commonly observed fact that incoming of money declined the differences among the couples inclines, so what exactly happen to the loving and happily married couple once they met financial hardships, the love become scarce only because now they are not able to spend according to the wishes ? So, does love require material resources to succeed?..  I may be right or wrong, but there is something some kind of magic that exist in the air and it comes in the form of papers we call currency or money!

Agree or not, but holds true that Money is always a status symbol for men, you somehow agree with a rich person talking nonsense; rather than wise words coming from a poor, the home in which we live and the vehicle we drive talk about who we are, the concept of market wise segmentation to the positioning of a brand in the market almost everything revolves around the social status of men. Money brings its very own kind of sense of security which makes us feel unique, imagine having only a million dollars in your bank account at your disposal, and now you talk to your peers you will surely be much confident more admired, and regarded.

Money & Self-Esteem

Increase amount of money directly relates to our self-esteem and happiness, but otherwise increase in self-esteem will not necessarily earn us more money, the sense of self-worth derives from financial accomplishment, and this makes sense completely because more money brings higher social status. Career success may differ from the achievement of financial goals because if we don’t meet the success path in a career that might not hurt so badly then non-achieving financial goals, can destroy our self-esteem.

Money pulls the power status to men which they always admire, most among us are fascinated about the status of being a powerful individual, Business owner, and or having the worth of influence; though money and power have a dynamic relation each influence or being influenced by the other money attract resources, opportunities, and privileges more thoroughly and smoothly than power does.

Somewhere inside our minds, we relate ourselves to money as we do to some person, and in my opinion, man is differently related to money than women, both gender desires money obviously but for men it is a different kind of emotion, even sometimes it is considered a partner of man than anybody else.

Money is linked to a man in many different ways from a basic necessity to obsession from fundamental of social belonging to the psychological urge to earn, this relationship, this romance will remain till eternity.
